Colville qualifies two doubles teams to State

For the first time in the history of the program, Colville will send two doubles teams to a state tournament.
The Indians, who won the Northeast A League and District 7 1A championship earlier this spring, got both of their doubles teams to Friday and Saturday’s State 1A Tournament in Yakima.
Erin Little and Liselotte Doggen, Colville’s top singles players during the regular season before pairing up to play doubles in the post-season, advance out of the 1A regional as the no. 2 seeded team.

Led by the Luu sisters—Tasha and Malia—Colville qualified a strong contingent of athletes to Friday and Saturday’s WIAA/ Dairy Farmers of Washington/Les Schwab Tires State 1A Track & Field Championships at Eastern Washington University’s Roos Field.
Head coach Ty Brown and his staff will take seven girls to a meet they have the opportunity to score significantly in.
