Upper Columbia Volunteer Center launches

A new venture, the Upper Columbia Volunteer Center, is finally ready to take off with the help of the Volunteer Centers of Washington. A grant of $10,000 of Volunteer Generation Funds was awarded to the Upper Columbia Volunteer Center to help with start-up costs, equipment and outreach.

Capture their wackiest moments on film and we will put the first 54 photos on a deck of playing cards! So hurry in today. Winning photos will be published in the Statesman-Examiner on March 14. Grand Prize: $100.
