September 11, 2013

A Colville man who had recently been released from prison is back in custody after a drug-induced confrontation with local law enforcement after he barricaded himself in the bathroom of a local residence. David Mullins, 24, walked in the front door of a home in the 900 block of South Summit Street in Colville at about 9:30 p.m. on August 25, according to the Colville Police report.
