Kettle Falls EL program gets props from Parents

It’s not every day that a local school gets credence from a national magazine regarding its teaching model. That’s exactly what happened, though, when Kettle Falls Elementary School (KFES) was praised for its Expeditionary Learning (EL) program in the upcoming October issue of Parents magazine, an American mass circulation monthly magazine that features scientific information on child development geared to help parents in raising their children. The magazine sells an average of 1000,000 copies per month.
