Born July 23, 1978, Jason Todd Titmus passed away suddenly and way too soon on Oct 18, 2014 in Big Sky, Montana.
Jason is survived by his parents, Caroline and Terry Titmus; his brothers, Joshua, Jennifer and their sons, William and Dakota of Kettle Falls; Braden, Jennifer and their children, Kolee and Connor, Colville; his fiancĂ©e, Eva Ocvirk of Slovenia, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brenda Mae McLean, 55, passed away September 25, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born August 4, 1959, in Colville to Ronald and Shyla (Byrd) McLean.
She was preceded in death by her parents and uncles, Stanley McLean and Irvin McLean.
She loved taking care of her yard and listening to the wind chimes.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Brenda is survived by her partner, Mary Stauffer, Licking, MO; brother, Randy (Janiece) McLean, Evans; sister, Shannan (Jeff) Hughes, Evans, a niece, and nephews.
Virgil Walter Davis, age 95, passed away in Colville on Oct. 15, 2014. He was born on Oct. 26, 1918 in Oregon City, Oregon, the son of Walter and Edna (Lundblad) Davis.
Lyle was born on Nov. 8, 1927 in Burley, ID. to William Leslie and Virgie Judd Tadlock. Lyle was the youngest of five children: Wendell, Thelma, Roy, and Glenda.
After graduation from Burley High School, Lyle began a four year career in the Army Air Corps. Although trained to be an Air Traffic Controller, Lyle spent most of his WWII career in Germany and France driving supplies and mail to desperate soldiers and surviving civilians.
Surrounded by children and grandchildren, on Oct. 1, 2014, Alice Fay Green departed this life for her Heavenly home during her last stay at Valley General Hospital. Alice succumbed after a long and courageous battle with multiple medical issues. Her most recent residence was Spokane Valley, where she resided the last few years.
Skip was born in Helena, Montana, in 1920 to Clarence and Opal Glasscock, the oldest of five. As a child, she and her family traveled frequently following the crops from California to the North West. She graduated from Coeur d'Alene High school in 1938 and went on to a vocational school in Weiser, ID where she acquired the nickname "Skipper." With no plans after school she followed some friends to St. Maries, ID, where she met William Lou Swope and was married May 3, 1941. Shortly after meeting, Bill lovingly shortened her nickname to "Skip."
Victor Lawrence Rausch, 86, was born on Oct. 12, 1927 in Hoven, SD and left this world with family at his side on Oct. 2, 2014 in Chewelah. He was the fifth of six children born to Peter and Matilda Rausch.
Vicâ€™s family moved to the Chewelah area in 1937. He graduated from Jenkins High School in 1945. He married Bette Jean Allan on March 19, 1949. They had their four children. Bette passed away in March, 1988.
He remarried in August, 1989 to Grace Seabrandt. She passed away in February, 2011.
Richard G. Johnson passed away at age 68 on Sept. 30, 2014 in Spokane due to complications from Diabetes. He was born to Robert and Elizabeth (Balazs) Johnson in Ellwood City, PA on April 30, 1946. He graduated from Penn State University in 1968 and from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School in 1972.
Marie Doris Baldwin passed away peacefully on Oct. 6, 2014 in Spokane. She was born the daughter of Luther Chester and Marion Doris (Buzzell) Baldwin on June 17, 1920 in SunÂ¬nyside.
Marie attended school in SunÂ¬nyside, and moved with her family to Ford in 1932. After attending school, Marie married Gordon Baldwin in Coeur dâ€™Alene, ID and together the couple was blessed with five children. They lived in Lewiston, ID, and Ford before settling in Colville in 1962.
