David Scott Bell, 79, passed away in the arms of his wife of 35 years, Melanie, on August 29, 2013 at their home on the east bank of his beloved Columbia River in Evans. He was a husband, father, brother and grandfather lovingly called BopBop.
David was born July 27, 1934 in Rockford, Illinois.
On August 29, 2013, Dorothy I. â€śWalleyâ€ť passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Northern Colorado Medical Center, 24 days short of her 103rd birthday. She was born Sept 22, 1910 to Arthur and Bella Stollery in Chicago, IL.
Jacob Andrew Stachofsky age 37, passed away in the arms of his friend David, and was called home to be with his Savior JeÂ¬sus Christ in Chewelah on August 6, 2013. Jacob died as the result of injuries obtained in an automobile accident.
Harold Leland Weatherman, a longtime resident of the Colville area, passed away on July 27, 2013 in Colville. He was born on Jan. 16, 1929 at Inchelium, the son of Ralph and Mary (Kohler) Weatherman.
Harold married Ann Benson in 1948. He began working for the Draper Lumber Mill as a mechanic. From there, he transferred to Bronsonâ€™s Implement and finished his working career at the State Highway Department.
On August 22, after living a full life with family and friends in Stevens and Ferry County, Peggy Jean (McIrvin) Daniels entered into eternal rest with her Savior Jesus Christ.
Fran was born to Charles and Golda Mae (Town) Flugel in Colville Washington and has resided in Puyallup since October 2001. Until two weeks ago, Fran lived independently, driving, cooking and traveling with friends. Fran graduated from Colville High and married Leonard A. Kaufman on July 1, 1939, in Colville.
David Wingate passed away on August 16, 2013. He was born in Tacoma on July 14, 1947. He spent most of his youth in Boston and returned to the Seattle area after his service in the Army as a first lieutenant from 1965-1967. He attended University of Washington while he worked for Safeco Insurance and Seafirst Bank learning all things financial

Tipari (Mama) Gould of Rice passed away July 26, 2013 at her home with family. Mama Gould was born Tipari Aka in Hakamaii, Ua Pou, Marquises Island on Jan. 3, 1939 to Tahiakaukautous Aka and Maieua Aka.
Mama Gould immigrated to Hawaii in 1962, where she met and married Lloyd Gould in 1965. Besides being a loving wife and mother to two boys, she was well known for her bubbly personality and effervescent spirit in church and community circles.
Reginald Charles Seyler passed away on August 3, 2013 in Inchelium. He was born the son of Charles and Alice (Stansger) Seyler on Sept. 25, 1920 in Inchelium. Reginald grew up and attended school in Inchelium.
Upon graduation from Inchelium High School, Reginald remained in the area and worked on the family farm, trimmed trees in the community and surrounding mountains, and drove school bus for the Inchelium School District. He lived in Seyler Valley for most of his working years until selling the farm and moving to Inchelium in 1974.
