It’s playoff time around the Northeast Washington prep sports scene.
High school football playoffs (Crossover/so-called Play-in games) are the featured events this weekend. Colville will host Omak and their Caribou-Trail League Player of the Year, 5-9, 215-pound running back Dylan Green.
Green, who holds most of the No. 4 seeded Pioneers rushing records, including a school single game mark established earlier this season, was also named to the first team defense as a linebacker.
The burly senior is a load and is the focal point of any opposing defense.
