Better living seminar set

A seminar titled Reversing Diabetes and Obesity with Dr. Galen Comstock, a retired family practice specialist doctor, will be held Feb. 24-26.
Lectures on how to reverse, control and prevent diabetes are scheduled.
These will be combined with plant-based cooking classes/demos.
All classes will be held in the lower level community classroom of the Colville Seventh Day Adventist Church on Cedar Loop.
Classes are free and pre-registration is requested.
