Danael Dorman

Danael D. M. Dorman of Colville passed away in his family’s home, on July 10 at the age of 23.
He was born in Doylestown, PA and lived in Richlandtown, PA and later near Colville.
He became an accomplished martial artist, attaining a black belt in Taekwon-do and accumulating many medals and trophies from competitions. Later he took up Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, and Kaji Kempo. He was also an avid snowboarder and spent many a winter weekend at 49 Degrees North. Danny was a member of the Soka Gakkai International – USA youth division, a society for the promotion of peace, culture and education.
He will be greatly missed by his father, Robert Dorman, his mother, Kathryn Dorman, his brother, Robin Bailey, and Robin’s wife, Sharon; their two young children, Evan and Julian, Redondo Beach, CA; sister, Cassandra Dorman, Burbank, CA. His sister, Orinda Dorman, pre-deceased him.
The memorial service will take place August 26 at 4 p.m. in the SGI-USA community center, 8019 West Sunset Highway, Spokane.
