Donald Bailey

Donald Edward Bailey passed away Sept. 12 2012 in Bend, Oregon, from complications of emphysema and a lung infection.  He was born Oct. 7, 1931,  the second of four children born to Edward M. and Amelia Ruth (Sites) Bailey. 
His two sisters, Jean Cooper and Donna Areheart, and brother, Rodger Bailey, survive him.  Don is also survived by his daughter, Susan (Mike) Johnson, Davenport; and sons Max (Moon) Bailey, Otis Orchards, Barry (Bronwyn) Bailey, Bend; grandchildren, Eric, Evan, and Ethan Johnson; Angela McDougall, and Ryan and Amber Bailey; and Tanner and Chase Bailey.  Great-grandchildren include Melody and Liam Bailey; Connor and Braden McDougall; Madison Fanshawe; Noah Lupcho and Mai-Le Johnson.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, Sept. 29 at Moon's Mongolian Restaurant on North Division St. in Spokane.
Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories of Don.
