Frances Robinson

Frances Leona Robinson passed away in Colville on May 15, 2012. She was born on April 14, 1924, the daugh¬ter of Walter and Leona (Connarroe) Ryan in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Frances grew up in Colorado Springs, where she attended and graduated from school. After gradu¬ating from high school, she moved to Chino, California, where she worked in a factory during World War II. After the war, Frances went to work for General Electric in Ontario, Califor¬nia and was with the com¬pany for 37 years as an inspector.
In 1989 Frances moved to Washington State to be closer to family. Her family was very close; she had a way with people, and always had a welcoming smile.
Frances struggled with Alzheimer’s disease for almost 10 years before her pass¬ing at the age of 88. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Per the family’s wishes, there will be a memorial service at a later date.
