Ida Green

Ida Hazel Green, 87, passed away on Nov. 25, 2011 in Colville.
She is survived by her children, Joan McCrea and Wesley (Bub) Green; son-in-law, Virgil Baumgarden; sisters, Ethel Howe of Spokane; Iona Hill, Hunters, and Jean Holland of Colville.
She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Ida was preceded in death by her parents, George Holland Sr. and Valie (Ashton) Holland; by her husband, Wesley Green; daughters, Joy Baumgarden and Jesse (Green) Polston; sisters, Ruby Dunning and Leona Holland; brothers, Allen Holland, Claude Holland, Clyde Holland, and George Holland Jr.
A Memorial Service was held Dec. 3 at Pinewood Terrace Nursing Center in Colville., Pastor Mike Van Meer officiated.
The family would like to thank the staff of Pinewood Terrace Nursing Center for the excellent care and compassion that was shown to Ida during her stay.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Pinewood Terrace Special Care Unit Staff.
