Indians split pair

Shadle Park player heads one toward Colville goal in first half action.

Colville High opened the high school girl’s soccer season last week with a split of games. In their season opener on Sept. 7 against Priest River, Colville won 9-0. Striker Tasha Luu scored four goals and Dana Andres added two more. In last Friday’s 7-1 loss at home to Shadle Park of the Greater Spokane League, Luu scored Colville’s lone goal in the first half. Shadle Park outshot CHS 17 to 9.
