Jeff Cook

November 30, 2011

Our loving Jeffy Cook was taken from us too soon at the age of 23. Born in Homer, Alaska on July 31, 1988, he moved to Kettle Falls with his family at age five and went to school in Kettle Falls and Colville until the age of 16.
He then moved to the westside of Washington, where he graduated from Darrington High School in 2006. At the age of 19, he got a job an Boeing where he remained until his untimely passing.
Jeff was a soft-spoken young man with a heart of gold. He was willing to do anything for anyone. He was so generous, gentle, smart and talented--he meant the world to us. He was our everything, a loving son, a brother, grandson, nephew, boyfriend, and best friend. He could light up a room with his crooked smile and his sense of humor. He never failed to make us laugh. He will be dearly be missed by so many.
Jeff was survived by his mom, Issabelle Sailor; step-dad, Jess Sailor; his father, brothers Jamie Cook, Cole Sword and Cole Sailor; his sister, Ashley Sailor, and his littlest brother, Luke Sailor and girlfriend, Sarah LeFrancois; grandparents, James and Carolyn Parazoo; Gladys Poole, Chuck and Kathy Sailor, Uncle Ron (Jimmy) and Aunt Shanna Parazoo, Aunt Nellie and Uncle Scott Alwin and Jessica Quimby; his cousin and so many other cousins, along with his extended family; so many to mention all their names.
A memorial service was held at the Eagles Lodge in Colville at noon, Wednesday, Nov. 30.
