League-leading Colville back in action this week

Big match with Lakeside
on Saturday at CHS

Colville High’s defending Northeast A League and District 7 tennis champions, currently leading the NEA race this soggy spring, are back in action this week after being idle over Spring Break.
CHS hosted Deer Park on Tuesday and will entertain Lakeside Saturday in a match-up that will go a long way toward determining this season’s NEA champion. Lakeside and the Indians battled for the league and district championships last spring.
Saturday’s match on the CHS courts is scheduled for an 11 a.m. start.
Colville will host Chewelah on Tuesday, April 17 at 3:30 p.m.
The Indians picked up an important win on Monday, downing Freeman, 4-1.
