Marion Boggess

Marion Grace Boggess, 92, of Lynnwood, passed away on Jan. 6, 2014, at home surrounded by family. She was born August 19, 1921 in Kettle Falls, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Sites. She was the youngest of five sisters. She graduated from Kettle Falls High School in 1941.
On May 10, 1963, she married Ira (“Ike”) M. Boggess.
Marion was employed at Pacific Bell and worked at the Colville flour mill before moving to Edmonds in 1964. She assisted her husband Ike running the family business, A&B Plumbing in Lynnwood, until their retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Ike Boggess, Lynnwood; daughter and son-in-law, Roberta and William Stady, Grapeview; daughter, Carole Altomari, Mill Creek and Lady Lake, Florida; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Lisa Boggess, Renton; son, William Harms, Sr., Everett; grand-daughter, Michelle Grangetto and her husband, Stephen Grangetto, Encinitas, California; grandson, Jeffery Stady and his wife, Sarah, Oak Harbor; grandson, Mark Verhunce, San Tan Valley, Arizona; grandson, William Harms, Jr. and his wife, Samara Harms, Connecticut; grandson, Zane Boggess, Renton; great-granddaughter, Cassandra Stady, Oak Harbor; and sister Virginia Barber, Boring, Oregon.
Marion was preceded in death by her sisters, Ruth Bailey, Gertrude Sparks and Myrtle Sites.
A private memorial service will be held in Lynnwood.
