Marvin Best

Marvin Devine Best, 79, of Colville, peacefully passed away on Feb. 26, 2014 at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital, surrounded by loved ones.
He was born August 1, 1934 to Denzil Frank Best and Anna Eva (Koerner) Best.
Marvin was a life-long resident of Colville, with the exception of several years of service in the U.S. Army.
Marvin married Lorraine Witty of Spokane in Sept. 1956. They had two children: son, Mark Best and wife Sylvia; one daughter, Kathleen Nunn and husband Dale Nann; one stepson, two step-grand-daughters; one granddaughter, Dayleen Lorraine; and one great-grandson, Malaki.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Melvin Best.
A celebration of Marvin’s life will take place this summer with family and friends.
