Mary Louise Cornelius

Mary Louise Cornelius, 89, of Kettle Falls, passed away on October 18, 2011 in Colville. Mary was born on March 20, 1922 in Conway, the daughter of John and Karen (Berquist) Loft¬strom.
She enjoyed telling stories of her and her husband’s camping and fishing adventures in Alaska. Mary and her husband attended many of his Naval reunions, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She loved her family get-togethers. Mary always had a smile on her face, was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Joanne Nordby.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Leonard Cornelius, Kettle Falls; her children, Pam Anderson and husband, Gary, Republic; Michael Cornelius, Tucson, AZ; Steven Cornelius and wife, Beverly, Portland, ND; Vicki Skeels, Colville; Celeste Cornelius, Colville; Corky Ferguson and husband, Lonnie, Kettle Falls; John Blevins and wife, Cookie, Colville; Mona Page, Everett; Larry Evans, Everett; son-in-law, Bruce Nordby, Everett; 20 grandchildren, 28-great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Danekas Funeral Chapel and Crematory is entrusted with the arrangements.
