PHOTO TAKEN BETWEEN 9:00 AND 10:00 PM WITH A FULL MOON OF UPPER PALOUSE FALLS IN THE EASTERN CENTRAL PART OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND IT IS ROUGHLY 200 YARDS FROM PALOUSE FALLS ITSELF WHICH HAS A DROP IN ELEVATION OF BETWEEN 185 TO 200 FEET DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR AND SNOWMELT IN THE MOUNTAINS - - ROUGHLY 10 MILES FROM WHERE THE PALOUSE RIVER CONNECTS UP WITH THE SNAKE RIVER
