Peggy Collier

Peggy Joy Collier, a resident of Rice, passed away at her home on Feb. 13, 2012 at the age of 64. She was born on Jan. 10, 1948 in Helena, MT, the daughter of Roy and Edith Bell (Erd¬man) Hutcheson.
Peggy lived in many communities in the Northwest, but lived in Goldendale most of her life. She moved to Colville in 1985, and has enjoyed living in this area most of the time since then.
Peggy was very compassionate, which was a trait that fit well with her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She lived a simple life, and learned to live life to her fullest. One of Peggy’s greatest joy’s was accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and being baptized by her son Scott.
Peggy is survived by her son, Scott Sarria and wife Teresa, Hollister, CA; her daughters, Jennifer Collier, Puyallup; and Melissa Sarria, Moscow, ID; her six grandchildren, Brandon, Victoria, Jesse, Karlee, Colton and Michael; her great-grandson, Jack; and her sister, Colleen McInelly, and husband, Lee of Rice.
A family memorial service was held for Peggy Feb. 16 at the family home.
The Danekas Funeral Chapel and Crematory in Colville was entrusted with arrangements.
