Police Officer accused of sexual misconduct

A City of Colville Police Officer has been placed on indefinite Administrative Leave due to allegations of sexual misconduct.
The Stevens County Sheriff’s Department is heading up the investigation.
“We’re investigating an allegation of sexual misconduct at the request of the Colville Police Department,” said Stevens County Sheriff Kendle Allen on Friday. “We still have a long way to go before we finish.”
No criminal charges have been filed regarding the investigation at this point in time.
