Thomas Alfred Guglielmino, a life-long resident of the Colville and Flat Creek area, passed away on March 15, 2012 at his ranch home on Flat Creek after a struggle with cancer. He was 49.
Tom was born on June 5, 1962 in Colville, the son of Don and Kathleen (Dompier) Guglielmino. Tom was a 1980 graduate of Northport High School and began working on his family's cattle ranch and logging operation. He also built a logging partnership with his brother, Joe. He later spent some years driving truck for both local and regional operators, before returning to the family ranch, where he worked for brothers Don and Pete at Bull Hill Guest Ranch.
Tom was well known throughout theTri -County area, and in recent years, was noted as a fine horse trainer and wrangler. He was well loved by everyone who knew him, and guests of the resort grew to love his trail rides and easy-going nature. Tom had a wonderful love for life and a cherished sense of humor.
Tom is survived by his children Lindsey, Nick, Nolan and Madeline Guglielmino; three grandchildren, Garrison, Brodick and Caine; loving companion, Laura Doyle; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; mother, Kassie Guglielmino; sister, Jeanne Vaagen and husband, Dennis; and brothers Don Guglielmino Jr. and wife, Patty, Pete Guglielmino and wife, Patsy and Joe Guglielmino.
The Funeral Mass for Tom Guglielmino will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, March 23 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Colville. Father Steve Werner as celebrant. Cremation will follow the Funeral Mass at the Danekas Crematory.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Tri-County Community Health Fund or the Madeline Guglielmino Custodial Account at HD Vest in Colville.
