A nurse at the Northeast Tri-County Health District office in Colville gives the H1N1 vaccination to a client last Thursday. According to NTCHD Administrator Carol Villers on Monday, there were 160 people scheduled to receive the vaccine, with another 540 on a waiting list just for the Colville area. “We will continue to provide the vaccine for the priority groups listed by the Center for Disease Control, which includes health care providers, pregnant women, children and people with compromised immune systems,” said Villers.
