What should be done with the land?

The City of Colville is requesting comment or ideas regarding possible uses for, or possible sale or lease of publicly owned (City) land commonly known as ‘Colville Mountain’. The City owns approximately 250 acres around the landmark known as ‘the Cross’ and is exploring ways of providing or increasing public benefit from the property, if any.
The City will consider citizen comments during the city council meeting scheduled for January 29 that begins at 7 p.m. at City Hall located at 170 South Oak Street. The City will also accept written comments submitted to the City of Colville Building & Planning Department located in City Hall at 170 South Oak Street, Colville 99114. All comments will be strongly considered during a formal city council property discussion during their meeting on February 12.
