William Hill

February 7, 2012

William Leonard Hill, “Dr. Bill” to his friends, passed away at his Deep Lake home on Jan. 24, 2012. Bill was born on Jan, 3, 1948 in Gridley, California, the son of Billy and Louise (Kirkham) Hill.
At the age two, his family purchased and moved to a new ranch just north of Deep Lake.
Bill attended grade school at Leadpoint and graduated from Northport High School in 1966. Soon after high school graduation, he spent several years living and working in We¬natchee.
In the early 70’s, he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he at¬tended Cleveland Chiropractic College, earning his Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic.
Bill moved to Biloxi, MS after college and opened the Biloxi Chiropractic Clinic on Pass Road. He worked there until his retirement in 2009. He then moved back to the family ranch property near Deep Lake.
In his spare time, Bill thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, camping, riding four-wheelers, motorcycles, boats, Wave Run¬ners, etc. He was always buying a new “toy” of some kind. He often jested, “I’ve had a lot of fun in my life--far more than most.”
Bill is survived by his sister, Jane Weilep; nieces Shirley Kyllo and Stacy McNamee, and nephews, Sean Sell, Rhett Weilep and Roger Weilep.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
