Relay for Life this Friday

June 24, 2015

It’s back with a new twist. This year’s Steven County Relay for Life (RFL) will be Fri¬day, June 26 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Yep Kanum (Colville City) Park. Time-honored features of the event like the Survivors’ Lap and Luminary Ceremony will still take place, but the 24-hour time frame that has marked Relay is gone, at least for now.
“There will be food, fun, and a chance to help raise money for research and study into a disease that effects a lot of people,” says long-time RFL volunteer Jerry Pechin.
