Ballots for the Nov. 6 general election are expected to be mailed next week.
According to Secretary of State Kim Wyman, ballots should be mailed to registered voters before Oct. 19.
The election features a state and county races, legislative and congressional contests and election of a state senator. There are also several initiatives and an advisory vote.
Voters have until Oct. 29 to update their registration in person at county elections offices, she said.
“You can’t make your voice heard at the ballot box if elections officials don’t have your up-to-date registration,” Wyman said.
We want every eligible Washingtonian to be registered and to participate in our elections.”
