Chewelah accused jogging stalker arrested

Message from Stevens County Sheriff Brad Manke:
Grey Femling, 20, was recently arrested for repeated stalking of a female jogger in the Chewelah area. The Sheriff's Office believes this was likely not isolated to one victim and anyone who may have been subject to stalking is encouraged to contact Stevens County Dispatch at 509-684-2555 and file a report.
