The Indians are
loaded again

The good news is that Colville High is loaded once again for a run at the State 1A wrestling championship in late February.
So, what’s the bad news?
Defending state champion Deer Park has also reloaded for another Mat Classic run. The Stags, the reigning 1A dynasty if ever there was one, have won seven state championships in the last 12 years.

DP reloads

Colville and Deer Park annually make the Northeast A League the toughest wrestling circuit in the state. In 2015-2016, CHS won the regular season NEA dual championship and captured the District title before the Stags picked up a regional title and yet another state championship.
Colville High coach Randy Cloke knows that he has another team more than capable of winning the school’s first state wrestling championship. But standing squarely in the way is Deer Park—again.
