Outrage over animal abuse

A crowd gathered at the Stevens County Courthouse Tuesday morning to make a statement to elected officials that animal abuse is not acceptable and people in the community do care. Inside the courthouse Thomas Hostetler plead not guilty to all charges against him for animal cruelty and one count of obstructing a law enforcement officer.
