The Selkirk High girls’ basketball team continued its roll toward the NE-1B post-season with a pair of victories over Curlew and Northport last week.
The wins ran the SHS winning streak to six games and locked up the second seed in the NE-1B North in advance of the NE 1B/2B District Tournament.
Selkirk finishes up the regular season at home on Tuesday against Cusick (9-8, 9-5) at 6 p.m.
The NE-1B will not finish play until Thursday, so Selkirk’s first round opponent in the District tournament won’t be finalized until then. It could be either Valley Christian or Wellpinit.
