It's election day in Washington and ballots must be turned in today if you want your voice to be heard. There are three counties in the Deer Park Tribune's area and here are the closest ballot drop off locations for each if you choose not to mail your ballot via the United States Postal Service.
In Spokane County ballots can be dropped off at the Deer Park Library at 208 S. Forest Ave. or at any one of the drop box location listed at the Spokane County Elections website.
In Stevens County there are drop box sites at Fire District 1 Station at Loon Lake: 3962 Hwy 292, Loon Lake, and at Fire District 1 Station at Suncrest: 5972 Hwy 291, Suncrest.
In Pend Oreille County the nearest locations to Deer Park are the county Auditor's Office or the drop box located outside at 625 W. 4th Street, Newport.
All ballot drop sites will be open until 8 p.m. this evening.
