According to the National Weather Service an Arctic front will drop down out of Canada on Saturday bringing scattered snow showers, cold temperatures, and gusty north to northeast winds. Very cold Arctic air could result in a flash freeze of any moisture on roads by Saturday morning. The gusty winds will also increase the potential for blowing and/or drifting snow through the day, especially for areas that receive a couple inches or more of fresh snow.
