Colville’s Annual Summer Sidewalk Sale to Start Thursday

Downtown Colville will transform into an openair market this week as the Colville Chamber of Commerce hosts its annual Summer Sidewalk Sale, a three-day community event featuring local retail deals, vendor displays, live entertainment, and a vintage automobile showcase.

The festivities are scheduled for Thursday, July 9, through Saturday, July 11, along Main Street. Local brick-and-mortar merchants and independent regional vendors are planned to line the sidewalks, offering specialized merchandise, crafts, and food.

According to organizers, all commercial parking is to be moved off Main Street for the duration of the event to allow for a customer-friendly experience. In addition to shopping, the weekend itinerary features a live concert from the Heritage Court Band and a performance by the Jukebox Review on Friday night in Heritage Court.

The annual Cruise-In Car Show, scheduled for Friday, July 10, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., is to take place on Astor Street, adjacent to the Stevens County building. Classic and vintage car enthusiasts can compete for prizes and trophies, while attendees can participate in automotive trivia and a silent auction.
