Lisa Marie Chronic

Lisa Marie Chronic (Hartley) was born on May 1, 1962. She passed away in her home on August 23, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Kenneth and Jeanne Hartley (McCarty) and was welcomed by brother, David. A year later her sister, Cindy was born. Her mom later married Richard Raidt and the family grew with his five children, Steve, Sue, Joe, Tim, and Rick. Shortly after that, her sister, Renee was born. 

The family had several livestock farms including goats, cattle, and a dairy farm. This moved the family many times to many states. They settled in Colville where Lisa graduated high school in 1980. Lisa was married to Mark Weaver for several years and had their beautiful daughter, Stacey. She had many different jobs including working in restaurants, retail sales, and management for Walmart. 

These also took her to multiple states. She soon met Mike Chronic. The two were married in October of 1999. They moved to Sagle, Idaho. There, they opened a successful restaurant, “Stacey’s Country Kitchen.” Several years later they moved to Colville to be closer to Stacey and the grandkids, Brody and Brentley.  Her last job and possibly her favorite, was cooking lunches at the Hub. She met a lot of people and enjoyed volunteering. She was a master gardener, and a great cook and baker. She was generous, strong, loving, and hard working. 

Lisa touched many lives and will be missed immensely. She was preceded in death by her dad, Ken Hartley, her mother, Jeanne Jansen, her brother, David, and her step-brothers, Steve, Joe, Tim and Rick. She is survived by her husband, Mike Chronic, her daughter, Stacey Baker, grandkids, Brody and Brentley, her sisters, Cindy Dodge (Greg), Renee Rogers Raidt (Andy), multiple nephews and nieces, step sister, Sue Mahry ( Joe) and her best friend Max O’day. There will be a memorial service on September 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Danekas Funeral Chapel followed by a graveside service at Mountain View Park in Colville, Washington.
